Hey. So thankfully, this post isn't late. I managed to finished this book in 3 days, no thanks to school.
This book was really good but honestly, I think the first few chapters were a little sooner than they should have been. If I was actually telling the truth to myself, I'd say the whole story line in this book was a little rushed. Don't get me wrong I loved the book just as much as the rest, but maybe it could have been a little better. Daemon didn't disappoint. He was just as hot and sexy in this book as he was in the rest, minus the arrogant, playful side, which was understandable due to the stress of the already-going events. I think Archer and Dee were amazing in this book. Luc, Beth and Dawson in my opinion should have had a little more in the book. Dee being that way made me wonder if deaths really are made to be that way, like made to make a great impact on us. I think what really stood out to me in the whole book were the origins and how they were run by their hatred and vengeance for one of their parents' kind. Hatred could make you do crazy things. Sadi was really funny although I kind of wanted to kill her. Ethan was a huge surprise. In the previous book, the author didn't give him much attention other than his visitations to the triplets, but that's just what made it amazing. How they took care of the whole problem made so much sense that it kind of had me thinking about it for a few hours. Then at the end, with Nancy, I was left crying with my jaw wide open. I cried like a baby. Then there's baby Ashley, I absolutely adored her and how well the author portrayed her was really great, though I think she should have been able to say something.
Something I didn't like about the last few books was that it felt like the sex scenes where out of place and just not meant to be right there, like bad timing.
This whole series is a huge recommendation. Don't forget to email me opinions or recommendations or both and remember:
I LOVE YOU.
Kisses,
Bee
